I'm Baaack!

Hello handful of loyal blog followers, I'm back! Many apologies for the long absence, as I was overwhelmed during my first pilot season and my computer at home is gone. But I've gone mobile finally and can write remotely so this will no longer be an issue...

To fill you in on what's been going on with me since I last wrote:

*I've dug myself completely out of debt - no credit cards, no auto loans, no personal loans, and best of all, no student loans. See my complete loan payoff history here.

*I'm currently 3/4 finished funding with my 6 month emergency fund, which means that the next step is (FINALLY) investing for retirement and saving for a home.

*I've been at my job almost a year - in 3 1/2 weeks marks the anniversary date.

I've also realized during that time, I don't have so much of an expenses problem as I just have a very low income. While I do well considering I realize I need to get a new job that pays better, and there are other positions in Hollywood that will help with attainig financial freedom... this is an upcoming blog post though.

Upcoming posts will tackle issues of transportation in LA, phones, starting your own business and income needed to acheive financial independence.
